Start by choosing how you want to film. Pick Normal functions for everyday use or Face tracking for hands-free follow shooting, then choose the Style that includes the accessories you want.
Should I choose “Normal functions” or “Face tracking”?
Under Function, choose Normal functions for regular handheld, selfie-stick and floor-stand use. Choose Face tracking if you want the stand to automatically follow your movement for hands-free filming. After that, choose your Style based on the accessories you want in the package.
Does AI face tracking require an app?
If you select Function — Face tracking, the built-in tracking module is designed to recognize and follow you without requiring a dedicated AI tracking app. If you select Function — Normal functions, automatic face tracking is not the feature you are choosing.
Will it automatically follow me while I move around?
Select Function — Face tracking for 360° automatic face tracking and hands-free follow shooting. It is intended for everyday movement such as workouts, tutorials, live streaming, beauty content and presentations. Select Normal functions if you only need the regular selfie-stick and stand functions.
How do I choose my setup?
First choose your Function: select Normal functions for regular use, or Face tracking if you want automatic follow shooting. Then choose your Style based on the accessories you need:

• Selfie Stick + Storage Bag + Dual Lights — stand + storage bag + dual fill lights.

• Selfie Stick + Storage Bag — stand + storage bag.

Are these different stands, or the same 3-in-1 design?
The product uses the same 3-in-1 form factor: folded handheld mode, extended selfie-stick mode and 4-leg floor-stand mode. Your Function selection determines whether you choose Normal functions or Face tracking, while your Style selection determines the included accessories.
Is the floor stand really a 4-leg base?
Yes. In floor-stand mode, the base opens into four outward support legs with reinforcing braces for a wider footprint. For best stability, place it on a flat, level surface and fully open all four legs before filming.
Can I use it as a handheld grip, selfie stick and floor stand?
Yes. The retractable structure changes between folded handheld mode, extended selfie-stick mode and full 4-leg floor-stand mode. It folds to about 32 cm / 12.6 in and extends up to about 180 cm / 70.8 in.
Will it work with my iPhone or Android phone?
The phone holder is designed for mainstream smartphones. Because phone size and case thickness can vary, make sure the phone is fully seated and securely clamped before extending, rotating or using the stand at full height.
Are the dual fill lights included with every Style?
No. If you select Style — Selfie Stick + Storage Bag, dual lights are not included. Choose Selfie Stick + Storage Bag + Dual Lights or Selfie Stick + Storage Bag + Dual Lights + Magnetic Lavalier Microphone if you want the detachable dual fill lights.
Which Style includes the magnetic lavalier microphone?
Select Style — Selfie Stick + Storage Bag + Dual Lights + Magnetic Lavalier Microphone. This is the Style that adds the magnetic lavalier microphone kit together with the dual fill lights and storage bag.
Does choosing “Face tracking” include the lights or microphone?
No. Function chooses how the stand works, while Style chooses the accessories in your package. If you want dual lights or the magnetic lavalier microphone, select the matching Style in addition to choosing Face tracking under Function.
Is the 7-key Bluetooth remote included?
The product uses the 7-key Bluetooth remote shown in the product images. It lets you control supported shooting functions without repeatedly touching your phone. For the exact contents of your selected combination, please check the option shown in your cart before completing checkout.
What if the Bluetooth remote is connected but the camera does not respond?
Bluetooth camera controls can vary by phone and camera app. If the remote is connected but the camera does not respond, reopen your phone's default camera app, disconnect and pair the remote again, and confirm that the camera app supports Bluetooth remote shutter controls.
